HNH was built in 2009 with specific purpose for a defined market – to provide corporate finance strategy and solutions for SMEs in the UK and Ireland. It’s a niche we continue to fill, but we’ve also evolved to offer complementary services including tax advisory, business planning, valuation support and transaction services.
Like our clients, we don’t like to sit still. In 2019 we opened our office in Scotland, with further expansion planned for the near future. With 28 staff members, we have advised on over 197 M&A transactions, with a combined deal value in excess of £2.1bn.
